As I mentioned early this year, we will be focusing more on Recruit, Train, Activate and Develop (leadership development) and that we have taken several actions:

1)      SLC Program for members and leaders (RECRUIT) – more attractive programs will follow this year!

2)      Launched SLC Pack for all members and leaders (RECRUIT) – more attractive recruitment program will follow this year!

3)      SLC Path To Success Training Series in 3 modules (TRAIN) – more training tools will be launched on July!

Now we want to move on to ACTIVATE and DEVELOP and we are now pushing our Bienvenue (Welcome to Sophie) Program.

We believe it can give you more than just to activate and develop your network.

1)      Bienvenue is your recruitment tool. Instead of just being a user, one can convert to member soon as she or he knows the member benefits offered by Sophie.

2)      Bienvenue is your sales booster. The promo offer encourages more sales from your new recruit. Simply say “Why not add a little bit more on the purchase to get a nice free gift every month?” and explain the promo mechanics.

3)      Bienvenue will boost your activity rate. If you actively follow up your Bienvenue qualifiers for them not to miss the qualification periods from 1 to 3, your number of active sales force will increase.

4)      Bienvenue will boost leadership development. One must be inspired to recruit to get the sponsor gift. So you can always motivate your new recruit to also become a sponsor.

Do not assume that your downline and your new recruit understand about Bienvenue program, so it is very important to display, highlight and explain about the program in every opportunity that comes your way. We also made some adjustments in the flyers as attached.
